I believe that movement is more than physical exercise—it’s a doorway to discovering confidence and joy in your life. My mission is to help you quiet the noise of your mind and reconnect with the innate wisdom of your body.
When working with me, you'll experience a joyful approach to movement. Whether you’re flowing through yoga poses or releasing tension through restorative techniques, each session is a chance to come home to yourself. I also blend dance fitness, mindful breath and playful exploration to help people rediscover a mind-body connection, self confidence and joy.Â
I offer practical tools that extend beyond the mat. Through movement, meditation and breathwork practices, you’ll gain insights to help you feel more present, confident and aligned in your daily life.

I'm Leslie
I'm a dedicated yoga instructor and movement facilitator with a passion for helping individuals connect deeply to your body’s innate wisdom.
From my early days as a ballet dancer to my current work with yoga and embodied movement, I've spent my life exploring the healing potential of movement.
I bring over a decade of teaching experience, from leading dynamic dance classes to yoga sessions, both vinyasa and restorative.
Certified in multiple modalities, I create accessible classes for all levels to empower students to build strength, self-awareness and joy.
With a background in communications, my approachable and compassionate teaching style ensures every student feels seen and supported. My work reflects a grounded belief: movement is medicine, and through it, we can rediscover confidence, clarity and connection to self.

Flow Yoga:Â An alignment-based vinyasa flow class

Restore:Â A gentle class with self-myofascial release techniques to promote relaxation and healing.

Each class is curated with a specific focal point for relief in the mind and healing in the body so that you reconnect to the inner freedom available when your nervous system, glandular system, and energetic Chakras are open, balanced, and grounded.
